Unfortunately you or your loved one may have an accident or develop an orthopedic issue that requires a brace or product to help in your recovery.

You may have been issued a prescription or a piece of medical equipment such as a Leg brace, Splint, Arm Slings or something to easy the pain and promote healing.

At the time you received one of these products from your care provider, you signed a document agreeing to accept the product you were fit with, and allow us to bill your insurance and pay what isn’t covered by your insurance. These documents are sent to Advance Technology of Kentucky.

Those documents you signed are submitted to your insurance along with a prescription by your doctor by Advanced Technology of Kentucky.

Advance Technology of Kentucky will use the Explanation of Benefits to create an invoice for the amount that is your responsibility. We will mail that to your address you provided your doctor.
