We offer the latest technology to facilitate paperwork with an iPad/tablet to help manage inventory and capture electronic signatures from patients and physicians. ATI team members are available to work with your specific office and patient needs to ensure your patients receive the product(s) they need before they leave the office. We will then bill the patient’s insurance. We want to ensure a seamless professional process.

For special needs and customized products we will coordinate the delivery directly to the patient in their home or rehab setting. Our staff will check insurance benefits to ensure coverage of the ordered item. If insurance does not cover an item, we charge a reasonable self-pay price so the patient can get what they need. Our representatives are available to consult with medical professionals regarding the latest technology available from top orthopedic equipment manufacturers. We can schedule time on-site for those with specific patient needs as well as custom orders.

ATI Medical Supplies wants to make billing seamless for the patient. In order to do that, we need complete documentation from the physician’s office to bill insurance. That means we need to make sure that the diagnosis, physician documentation and equipment provided matches what the insurance will cover when dispensed to the patient. We offer tools for the physicians to help properly document each patient’s chart for medical necessity. We all work together to make sure the patient has the least amount of out-of-pocket expense, that’s why it’s a team effort between the physicians’ office, staff, and our ATI Medical Supplies team members.
